  Each has advantages and disadvantages, but undoubtedly the web is providing excellent opportunities for confidential sophisticated questionnaires with economical electronic processing.

We advise on the method in the light of the purpose and population.

For some employee populations there is no alternative to a pencil and paper exercise - our largest to date required distribution of c18000 questionnaires.

Often a programme needs to start with a focus group, or pilot survey, in order to refine the questionnaire design.

It is important to note that CoPeople always apply strict methodological discipline in ensuring, as far as is possible, that questionnaires are fully assessed for validity and reliability.  This includes, where appropriate, both statistical analysis and "guinea pig" approaches.
