A little about us ........... The founding directors of CoPeople have between them over 25 years practical experience in the design and implementation of employee surveys in the private sector corporate environment. |

CoPeople was established as a response to the expanding requirements for
client survey work previously undertaken by Kingshill Management
Consultants and HR Consulting Associates. Combining the resources
and expertise within Corporate People Ltd. enables us to provide the
focused service and full breadth of HR survey skills needed by corporate
clients. CoPeople is staffed by a dedicated and professional team of data administrators and analysts, treating your company information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity Ed Millie is Development Director for CoPeople. He is an economics graduate, member of the CIPD, undertook postgraduate study in occupational psychology and is an accredited user of psychometric tests. He has spent 12 years as managing partner for a generalist personnel management consultancy with particular specialisms in employee communications, personnel systems and employment law. He was previously Director of Personnel for KPMG. Viki Ford is Operations Director. A science graduate and member of the CIPD, Viki was also awarded fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts for her contribution to equality and diversity in the UK. She has extensive experience in implementing employee feedback and communication surveys. Viki was HR Policy Director for Xerox UK with an in-depth background in international compensation and was recently Chair of the CBI's Equal Opportunities Specialist Advisory Forum.
