We pay particular attention to very careful and robust analysis and presentation of results. Clients would learn very little from masses of organisation-wide data.  We run sophisticated analyses to really identify what is happening and where - the internal benchmarking principle.  This equips clients to take very focused decisions on appropriate interventions, and establishes the reference point against which progress can be measured.

A particularly important issue is to collect comprehensive biographic data so that responses can be analysed in fine detail against relevant employee groups. As an example, very little point in asking questions about work life balance without being able to Identify responses from, for instance, those with caring responsibilities or those working flexible or part-time contracts.  So often typical employee surveys focus on the questions rather than the analysis criteria, and really important information about differential perceptions is simply lost.
