This is a major UK research project seeking to understand better the factors behind why talented professional staff choose to stay or leave. Factors explored include employment policies and practices, corporate culture, life-work balance and bio-data variables. |

This
independent research is being managed by Kingshill Management Consultants
in association with CoPeople. Initial sponsoring organisations
included Xerox, NatWest, GlaxoWellcome, Sainsburys and SmithKline Beecham. The survey base is a substantial sample of current and past staff, using a combination of on-line and mailed questionnaires. This is a long-term project that will over three years build a unique source of invaluable data for participating companies. The output is exclusive to participating companies. Each participant receives an independent assessment of the impact of current employment policies and practices on the resourcing and retention, and compared with the cumulative RealDifference database. Analysis reflects gender, age, professional function and personal-life context.
